Customs, Duties & Taxes

Auri is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Auri is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider. If your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to assist where possible.
Auri does not guarantee compensation for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels where proof of delivery has been provided by the courier.
